MAGGPIE is hiring!
This is a position for someone who is comfortable communicating with clients through both email and phone. They’re organized, professional and creative. They wear several hats and enjoy the art of multi-tasking. We’re looking for someone to join our family-like team so attitude is everything, they work well with others but can independently complete tasks.
THE POSITION:
-part-time 20 – 25 hours per week.
-fielding inquiries through email and phone.
-creating personalized proposals with the use of our inventory.
-establishing relationships with current clients and creating new relationships.
-general office administration.
-occasional hands-on content creating (which includes moving of furniture and props).
-assisting in marketing campaigns on and off-site.
-basic website updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
-must be able to commute to Boyertown, PA
-general computer skills
-organizational skills
-multi-tasker
-is available to work SOME weekends (majority of required days will be week days).
-experience in the event industry is a plus!
-experience in programs such as photoshop, lightroom, wordpress is a plus!
